We value education as leaders and learners. We participate in coaching programs and continuing education. Those tools are passed on to the salon team. You just have to choose to participate! You will have regular one-on-one support, as well as free in salon education and events. We market, promote, and support stylists who are committed to their growth and the experience we are known for.

We offer part - time / full - time lease or commission options, professional development opportunities, every stylist here is valued and encouraged to grow their craft.
