At Identity, we want each and every guest to leave feeling beautiful. We pride ourselves on open communication, and we stand behind our work. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your hair, please contact your stylist or the salon as soon as possible.

Cancellations & No-Shows

​At Identity Hair & Spa, we deeply value your appointment and the time we dedicate to ensuring your satisfaction. Your appointment slot is specifically reserved for you, and we strive to make your experience seamless by sending out convenient reminders via text and email.

​Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment or for not showing up for your scheduled appointment,

You may be charged 50% of your scheduled service at your stylist's discretion.

We do understand that emergencies come up and each situation is at each stylist's discretion as the carry their own policies.

These policies are implemented with your best interests in mind and ensure the highest quality of service for our guests and ensure our stylists time is respected. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Late Arrivals

​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Please allow a few extra minutes for parking.

Health & Safety

​

All tools are sanitized between clients and our stations are cleaned throughout the day. If you're feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule — no fee will be charged.

Children & Guests

​

Children are welcome for their own appointments. For safety and comfort, we ask that  children are not left unattended.
